Hi, I'm interested in doing this diet. I need to lose 3 stone and am favouring the idea of simplifying things by not including food. The only thing is I'm going away for a week at the end of may and don't want to be dieting or re feeding whilst away. What would be the best way of going about it? Also, does anyone know how long it'd take me to lose the weight? I'm currently 13 stone. Thanks x
