    Hello everyone,

I'm close to deciding that if by the end of this month I haven't lost the weight I want to have lost in two months I am going to give this diet a try.

Before I go ahead and purchase the food sachets there are a few things I'd like to know:

    1. In the UK is there a website I can go to, to purchase the sachets other than Ebay?

    2. I've read I must drink 2.5ls of water a day, is this true (I drink this round about now)

    3. When should I eat the sachets?

    4. I've read that I should consume 3 sachets a day, what about the bars? How do they work?

That's about it for now. Thank you.

    Hi Steve and welcome

no one will recommend a website to buy the packs - there isn't one anyway, you really will need to see a counsellor. DON'T buy them from Ebay

you will have 4 'packs' a day and can have 1 bar instead of a pack after the first 2 weeks.

you must drink at least 2.5 litres of water, the more the better

You will drink your shakes or soups at normal meal times, spaced out as evenly as you can.

Good luck if you decide to start the CD, the first few days can be tough but after that the results are amazing.

A counsellor or someone with more experience will probably be along soon to give you some proper advice

AAAAAAHHHHHH Don't do ebay, it's soooooo expensive and you won't get the choice, or most importantly the support of a councellor. The councellor is there to support you, offer advice, and make sure you're getting the very best from the diet, they're like little diet angels. You need to be monitored as it's a very strict diet, i've looked at ebay purely through curiosity and they're paying about 20 pounds over what you'd pay with a councellor, and there's no promise it's the real thing or hasn't been tampered with.

Get on the website lighter me says, find a councellor and join us merry slimmers, xx
