Advice please!

Hi

I am currently doing SW which I have done on and off for a few yrs. I am struggling to stick to it at the moment and was thinking of doing SF for a couple of weeks to give me a boost. Just wondering from those who are more experienced whether I could get a good loss to help me on my way or whether its not worth it?

I'd say give it a go. I love slimming world, but i really do think that i eat too much!
Ive been doing shakes, since sunday and ive sneekily peeked at the scales and ive lost 4 lb already.
