Welcome to CWP! How are you finding it??

In answer to your question, on step 1b you cannot have protein; however, some people do if they are feeling a desperate need for some “real food”. It is definitely a better choice to have a grilled chicken breast than a McDonalds for example!

I believe flavoured tea is fine (I have always had them and my consultant has told me I am fine to), I also believe spices are fine too (although I haven’t asked my consultant about them). I don’t know about Pepsi Max, I suppose in a pinch it’s not the worst thing in the world if it’s sugar free but I wouldn’t say it is on Plan and water is always going to be the best thing you can drink.

The best person to ask these questions to though is going to be your consultant.
