advice please

hey this is what iv eaten today im doin ee..does this sound ok?

breakfast - 2 slices nimble with egg fried in frylight

lunch - chicken with baby boiled potatoes, brocolli and carrot, 100ml gravy (1.5syns)

snack - 2 rich tea (4 syns)

Your not eating enough hun, you run the risk of being that hungry that you may eat stuff you really shouldn't, the key is to fill up on what you can. Eat fruit in between and yogurts if you like them. You could of had bacon, tomatoes and some mushrooms with your breakfast. I would be starving by now lol. xxx
