Hi

after doing SW for ages and now STS for a year it's time to shift those pesky last pounds, and calorie/portion control is the way forward I know.

Can anyone tell me a typical few days menus? And what is the fat busting thing mentioned you do at the beginning of the programme? Any others out there who have switched from SW to RC??

Thanks for your help - have to wait until Weds to start the classes.

I used to do sw ,the main reason did it as had a meeting across the road from where I live I got was maintaining alot
and eventually stopped going ,afriend of mine was doing rc so I thought would have a change and give it ago as I do like exercising: when I did sw still counnted cals anyway Your right cals and portions is the way to go
You start with the fat attack 2wks the
instructer will give you a booklet for
this its to kickstart your weight loss
you have 1200 cals for this daily unless it s changed as started it about ayr ago
At the min for new members get the first class freeif you print the voucher off the rc website ,or got this months mag as there is a voucher in it there usually near the back.
b/fast 50g branflakes with mik from allowance,whichis 3/4 pt skimmed or ss
daily you take the 200cals out of the cal allowance for the day
plus either kiwi or asatsuma
lunch 300 cals wholegrain roll max 150 cals spread with philadelphia x tra light
&sliced tomato 1 piece fruit
inbetween meals power snacks 50 cals
ie fruit
dinner 400 cals any ready meals under 400 cals and less than 5% fat per 100g
or ameal of your choice upto 400cals
