    Hi all,

    I'm looking for some advice. I've increased my exercise over the last 2 weeks and am now going to bootcamp for an hour once a week and doing step for 30 minutes twice a week.
    I have sizeable tummy since having my little one 21 months ago. I've lost 1 stone 9 pounds in the last 3 months but it doesn't seem to be going from my tummy. Any tips on anything I can do to help it become smaller.

    My best advice is to drink loads of water I upped my exercise and gained due to water retention xxx
