Dont!! I have been sooo tempted to eat....i even had a bit of a cry last night so my fiance tucked me up in bed with a coffee! Have you got any magazines to read or a good book? xx

Yes it will you fruit cake stop thinking about bad things and think positive and put the jelly down or you will look like a big wobbly jelly but not as nice so stop it..........Please :rolleyes: x

You're doiing really well hunni...i ate the other night and sooo regret it, i didn't taste as good as it should have done either...you have already lost sooo much ...i am sure it will pass!!

minty, do NOT under ANY circumstances sabotage yourself!Every person who is carryig weight sabotages thems selves for one reason or another.You have been on this diet for over two weeks now,you have cracked it .Please don't do it to yourself you will feel like crap after it.
oh and if you've already eaten don't worry dust yourself off and try again.lol

ive not eaten i do want this so much but keep gettin weak moments but i really want to be slim im 14-16 now and want to be a 10-12 do you 10weeks will get me there as i have a hen party and wedding

i know bt im slowing down since my 1st week taken 2 weeks to loose this stone and prob b less :eek:( but really want to achieve this got my 21st in sep 2 beginning of it and goin on girly hol and they are all slim and trim lol
