Hi everyone.
Looking for some advice so hopeing someone could help.
Iam going to start going to the gym but iam not sure which is the best time to go i was thinking that the evening would be the best but not really sure.
also i had a sandwhich and some soup for my lunch is that ok when your a diet or should i have something lighter.
