A little of everything!
You will gain initially, but remember it'll be a combination of fluid, actual food in your system, and your body's reaction to beginning to feed it properly again. But it WILL come off again once your body realises it's going to get a regular supply of 'fuel' and can let go of its excess stores. No-one wants to maintain a 'healthy' weight by starving themselves, so by taking the steps to recover and actually lose while eating normal amounts of healthy food- you're the winner in the long run!
I'm 100% sure if you asked any personal trainer (i.e. a qualified person!) at your gym about your cal intake/exercise level they'd give the same advice as we have?
Good luck, I know it's hard- I've been there done that and didn't believe anyone either, but its worked.
