Well today is probably the worst i have ever felt about getting weighed tonight!

I went out on sat night and i know i made some bad choices, but when i was putting the food in my mouth, it felt so good, and i didnt care. I am just worried i have undone alot of hard work. I will never forgive myself if i have put more than 2lbs on. I am such an idiot....

not worth beating yourself up for. We all do it.Thats what flexi syns are for. Draw a aline under it and start again. I know its upsetting but there are far more serious things to worry about.Hugs .

Hey, first of all don't beat yourself up over it! I've had many nights like that and the trick is to say to yourself 'Right, I've enjoyed it but I need to get back on track in the morning'. As long as you can do it then go for it!
My weight loss has been slow (approx 1lb per week) but I'm still enjoying Starbucks, some choc and the odd treat; if I cut all of this out then I wouldn't stick to the plan. Other people on here are 100% all the time, I've tried that and just end up bingeing - each to their own.

The worst thing you can do is not go to your weigh in, even if you have put on you know why,and then work uber hard next week.

Theres a lot of support on here, so give yourself a break :)

i said that at the beginning of the month. i put 5lbs on. i was so upset. BUT, i was good the following week, i drew a line under it and started a fresh. i lost 8lb that week! so don't beat yourself up, you'll lose it x
