I think you need this forum to definately get through the first few days , even first week . After that it to continue to read everyones progress and Diaries to motivate yourself. I like looking for people who have the same stats as me height and start weight , then I can see how they are progressing too . Plus joining a Thread with a Goal for the Month , For 2 months or a certain date is good . Im on my 8th week and still come on here everyday
