Aim to get rid of 42lb by 29th June

    Hi all,

    I thought i'd write one of these out as it helps me keep on track. I've decided i'm going to try and do the Extra Easy plan. I've got a menu from the website & s/w magazine so going to try my best :)

    Day One - Monday 12th Jan.

    Breakfast:
    x2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (HEX B)
    x2 Laughing Cow Light Cheese Triangle (HEX A)

    Lunch:
    Pasta with chicken, peppers, mushroom & onions.
    Orange, Banana

    Dinner:
    Gammon Steak topped with pineapple plus s/w chips and veg.

    Syns:
    Robinsons low fat jelly (0.5 syns)

    Just worked it out, thats 24 weeks away and got out my SW book and from when i started the plan i had lost 41.5lbs in 24 weeks, so its possible. Give it a go and see how it goes. xxx

    Wednesday 14th Jan

    Extra Easy.

    Well I managed to pull my big bum out of bed at 6am to make some scrambled egg before I left for work at 7.

    B: Scrambled egg with x1 tbsp tomato ketchup (1.5syns)

    L: Huggge jacket potato with tuna
    Low fat pot of Jelly (0.5syns)

    D: Chicken Stir Fry with Amoy Noodles (4 syns for the noodles as I was greedy and had 2 packets :eek: I know, I know but I was hungry)
    Muller Light
    Banana


    I think tomorrow will be another Extra Easy day .... i'm loving it!!!

    Back on track :)

    Day 1 ... Green

    Breakfast:
    Muller light

    Lunch:
    Mild Cheese & Broccoli Pasta n Sauce

    Dinner:
    Vegetable Stir Fry with Amoy Noodles (3syns)

    Snack: Stuffed Pepper with Rice, Mushrooms, Onions & Grated Cheese (HEX A x2 52g of mature cheddar)

    I think thats all for today ... although I haven't had any B's?? xx
