Hi all,
I thought i'd write one of these out as it helps me keep on track. I've decided i'm going to try and do the Extra Easy plan. I've got a menu from the website & s/w magazine so going to try my best
Day One - Monday 12th Jan.
Breakfast:
x2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (HEX B)
x2 Laughing Cow Light Cheese Triangle (HEX A)
Lunch:
Pasta with chicken, peppers, mushroom & onions.
Orange, Banana
Dinner:
Gammon Steak topped with pineapple plus s/w chips and veg.
Syns:
Robinsons low fat jelly (0.5 syns)
