So I've decided to write my food diary on here to try and kick start my motivation again.
I started the EE plan mid Jan and have been doing so at home. I started as a size 20, though a tight fitting 20, and am now between 16 - 18. I'm pleased with my progress but have lost my way over the Easter period and need a boot up the bum to get back on track. I'm hoping keeping this diary will help me regain focus. Fingers crossed :)

Brunch ( late start today)
2 nimble and Dairylea
Cherry tomatoes
Orange and kiwi
Green tea

Snack - Mullerlight vanilla yogurt
Mikado x 5 (2.5 syns)
green tea

Tea will be pork loin steak, carrots and parsnips, broccoli and cauliflower with a baked potato.
Will take a pt of nas squash with my meal.

Will probably have a 2 finger KitKat with green tea in the evening. (5syns)

Starting a no chocolate / evening snacking week. Also gonna get body magic kicked off and drinking lots of water

Day three and have fallen off the no chocolate wagon :-/ . I decided to try a green day for the additional h exs.

Woke up very hungry so had a big breakfast, small lunch and big tea :)

Trying another green day as I'm craving bread really badly. Need my second h ex.

Posting for yesterday as forgot :) determined to keep this daily. Kinda proud of myself as I had a stressful kind of day and just wanted mountains of chocolate / wine but resisted. Snacked within syns so go me lol!

Breakfast - field mushroom, bacon and beans. 1wm bread with dl. Green tea

Mid morning - orange with a black coffee

Lunch - baked potato and salad with remaining dl cheese

Tea - chicken wrapped in bacon, potato cubes and broccoli / cauliflower

For Saturday (busy and keep forgetting to post!)

Breakfast - mushrooms, bacon, egg, beans and 1 wm toast. Green tea

Lunch - mugshot, pineapple, orange melon
Alpen light 1 Jaffa cake (2.5 syns)

Tea - naughty tea! Has fish and chips. Removed most batter and had half a portion of chips... Syn value...anyone's guess but I'm thinking roughly 20.... :(

After pub snack - 2wm toast and dl with green tea (another 6 syns) - least it wasn't another takeaway which I was sorely tempted by!

I'm guessing about 28.5 syns today... Gonna round up to 30 to be safe.

The week has been ok but had been more disciplined before Easter. I'd been only using 10 syns daily and making better syns choices. Feel like I'm snacking a lot this week, and not always on the best choices. Any advice would be good ....

Enough syns for a something with a cuppa later if I'm hungry - doubtful though :) will say mini jammie dodgers at 4 syns / pack

Been a good day so far. Feeling fuller and more satisfied after meals so think the Easter sweet tooth is on its way out :)

Wednesday is a green day :) actually preferring green days as I dont find I'm as hungry or wanting to nibble as much as I do on ee days. Also as its almost * week, I always crave bread and green days allow an extra hex b - good all round!

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs with Finn crisp spread with dl ( half h ex b) orange and cherry toms

Tea - meat free burger (1syn) with cheese (hexa) red onion and tomato on a wm roll (hexb)

Keeping syns down as I fancy a glass of wine at the weekend...it's been a while! :)
 
Thursday is another green day.

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes.
An orange. Green tea

Snack - mini muffin (6syns) coffee

Lunch - mugshot and cheese (hexa)
Vanilla muller and Alpen light (half hexb)


Mid afternoon - Banana and Alpen light (half hexb)

Tea - quorn bolognaise, pasta and loads of veg.
Pineapple, melon and coconut mullerlight.

Will have ryvita and dl later if peckish to use second hexa and hexb, but stuffed at the minute :)
 
Friday

Breakfast - wm roll with bacon and tomato

Had a function to attend for work. No SW friendly options. V hungry so went for mini buffet and resisted worst options....

Tea - mixed sandwich (8syns)

Home late and very hungry but didn't stop for a Chinese :)

Today (Sat) started really badly. Chocolate cravings baaaaaaad :(

Lunch - left over pasta and Quorn bolognaise with loads of veg

Cake - I'm sure at least 10 syns :(
1/4 Easter egg - 6 syns

Supper - sw chips, veg sausages (3 syns) onions mushrooms and beans

Won't be eating today again ... Hopefully :)
