Supper - bacon medallions, egg, beans, mushrooms&onions with potatoes.

Syns so far = '0' - omg!!!

Going to have tea with mini jammy dodgers (4syns) and a maybe a dairy milk mini bar (5syns)

Been very tired as past few days. Also been hungry. Need to have more filling meals.

Friday - green day

Breakfast - banana. 2 boiled eggs 1 wm toast spread with light dairylea (half hexa and hexb)

Lunch - baked potato, salad and cheese (hexa) mayo/coleslaw (2syns)

Tea - veg and mushy pea curry, rice and sw chips. 1 syn for rice (uncle bens pouch - half)

Snacking - Alpen light
Biscuits - 3 syns
Cake - tiny square - 3 syns

Using last 5 syns today on chocolate later.
 
Sunday - extra easy

Breakfast - banana. 2wm toast, dairylea and cherry tomatoes. Green tea

Lunch - bacon egg peppers mushrooms and onions with beans.
Melon mini meringues (1.5 syns) and toffee mullerlight ..... Yummmmmm!

Tea - will be Quorn mushy pea curry, sw chips and rice.
