sorry i missed this! yep i did.. I switched to Core for a week and didnt use any of my 21pts.. but was coming off TOTM and I exercised like mad.. but my wi's are always completely random whatever i do (well, as long as I'm good) - and the following week I did exactly the same and only lost 0.5lbs.. so my body was just making up for it I think :) i've never been a big loser.. (well, not weight wise LOL :D)

This reminds me of my days - i love ryvitas and WW quiche.. which one did you have? I'm having a bacon leek and cheese one i found at asda.. they have a mozzarrella, tomato and basil one there too which looks nice :)

Thank you :) Yes, I love fruit which is good. I was so pleased that I had an extra 1/2 point after the weetabix too LOL

Do you think I eat too many jacket potatoes and bread - although it's WW?

I think it depends on your own body - I always lose LESS if i have a bread heavy week.. I have cut down a lot since starting WW but like you still eat a lot but just WW bread.. which really weighs less and is less points so think that should be enough? Potato wise i think you need your carbs for energy and I would say its at least a healthy choice in moderation :) I eat loads of jacket potatos and I'm doing okay - I just try to change the fillings to give my body some variety :) if it gets to the point that you stop losing weight, then maybe changing around and eating less bread / potato might work then.. but if you're still losing weight i see no reason to change what you're doing :)

Oops - My boyfriend came to London and we ate out....Went a bit off track, but to be honest I'm a bit guilty, but not heaps because I have saved points this week, and I'm back on track today. Nevermind !!

2 small pieces of Garlic Bread 6
Bacon Cheeseburger 24
Mayo 2

Point used approx: Far too many ;) 51!! (Oh my! I never imagined it'd be that many :S)
It will not happen again before xmas :)

easy done but sometimes the blowout can give your body a little kickstart when you go back on plan :) x
