Shelz, everything in moderation....If you feel you want to have a few glasses of wine then have them specially if its for a celebration. If you deprive yourself too much that's when you can fall of the wagon (so to speak). A little of what you fancy now and again never did anyone any harm. If you do feel too guilty, extra exercise! Anyway, its good to let your hair down now and again...and life is for living, not just for dieting!
