Wine doesnt have any fat, per 100 ml red is 68 kcal, white medium 74, rose 71 kcal.

Your friend is right that there is also no fat in gin/vodka.

just looked in my book from map and the only alcohol with fats in are advocaat. Youre right though about the lager for a can of tennents is 140 kcal.

    Happy drinking!

Not to spoil the fun, but even though alcohol has no fat... it still has calories.

I had 4 glasses of Sloe Gin and Slimline Tonic on Saturday night just gone! To account for the calories I had breakfast as normal - Lunch was a small bowl of fruit to try and cut my calories to allow for the alcohol and then for dinner we were having a BBQ so had baked potato very low fat sausage and some salad more than enuff and was full to the brim!!! Enjoy but just watch the calories!!
