re-set

Last few months I have gone bad to bad habits - time for a re-set. Not on any special plan but giving myself some daily goals:
- Food: low carb
- Alcohol: none
- Exercise: 15,000 steps a day + HIIT (or similar) 3 times a week
- Water: min 2 litres

Today was the first - all boxes ticked - feeling positive
