Aldi New Frozen Irish and Beef Stews

Hi can anyone help went in aldi yesterday and they had Irish Stew and Beef Stew frozen, they look yummy and i thought i could have these on a day when i could not be bothered to cook.

But i need the syns, does anyone know?

hi ive just worked these out on the syn calculator on the website. The Irish stew comes out at 1 1/2 syns per serving and the casserole is 3 1/2 hope this helps xxx
 
Well just an update on these, you get 2 servings per box. Both individually sealed so if only person eating you can save for another day.
I tried the Irish Stew today with New Potatoes really yummy and quick filling tea for a cold rainy day and only 1.5 syns. I recommend these i think they were about £2 something a box so pretty cheap too.
