aldi's crispy fries (crisps) syn value

was wondering if anyone has the syn value for these crisps... they are made by snackrite. not sure which info to put on so if someone wouldnt mind letting me know?? thanks in advance

I would work it out using the 20 cals = 1 SYN rule as there is no free food.

thank you k!! so it says 67 cals for a 15 gram bag so i would go for about 3 1/2 syns??? thought they might be lower than that lol think i'll stick to my 4 1/2 syn french fries!! sometimes worth that extra syn methinks!!

I make it 3.5 - that's pretty good. Are they tasty?

they are ok... but for the extra syn for 'proper' ones i think i'll stick to my french fries lol x x
