aldis pasta and sauces

Hello everyone.
I bought aldis chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce at te weekend and was planning on havin it tomorrow for lunch. just checked syns online and it says 1/2 a syn per 100g cooked, made us as directed. Made up as directed is with mill which I want to use from me hexa allowance so do you think i should still syn it or is it free? The nutritional info on the pack is for it made up as directed with semi skimmed milk. No info given for pasta and sauce without adding milk x

I think, tho not totally sure you still need to syn it. Confusing isn't it at times!

Just seen the are approx 50kcal in 100ml of semi skimmed milk. The directions on the pack are for 120ml of milk and on the basis that there is 1 syn for 20 calories I'm taking my aldi pasta and sauce as free if I use milk from my hexa allowance lol
