Hello new Diary!

I have moved across from Cambridge as found myself binging far too much after, probably far too long trying to lose on there.
I began January 09 at 17 stone, and got to 10. 3 with Cambridge at my lightest, but since Xmas, and a holiday too, my weight has crept up. I had another go at Sole Source, and even SS+/810 and just can't hack not having a wide variety of food anymore, and missing fruit too.

So, have decided even though I may not hit quite my target my September for my wedding, I really want to be able to eat much more 'normally' whilst losing weight and keeping it off, for life too!

So today, I'm starting on a Red Day, in the hope of getting this all 'right'

So, 'red day'

Breakfast:
2 Weetabix - HEX B
Skimmed Milk - HEX A

Snack:
Banana:

Lunch:
Tuna
Lettuce
Spring Onions
Fat Free Vinegarette
1 Slice Thick Bread - 6 Syns
I can't believe it's not butter light - 2 1/2
Apple

Snack:
2 Alpen lights - HEX B

Dinner:
To be decided yet...

Snack:
2 Rich Tea's - 4 Syns

Ok, so can add my dinner now...I definitely 'feel' like I'm having wayyyy too much food? Can anyone have a quick look through for me? Thanks in advance
