    I'll be posting my food diaries here daily, (except tomorrow and Sunday as I'm away doing the Moonwalk in Edinburgh :D). Would love/appreciate pointers etc :)

    Today's Food Diary
    Brekkie

    Lunch

    Warburtons Sandwich thin 3

    WW wafer ham 1

    mushrooms 0
    onion 0
    2 slices WW cheese 2
    salad (lettuce, tomato & cucumber) 0
    30g extra light salad cream 1

    Day 2 and I'm off to Edinburgh today as myself and some friends are doing the half marathon at the Moonwalk tonight :D I've done a food diary for brekkie and lunch, dinner will be at the hotel we're staying at and will probably be a pasta, with chicken or prawn with a tomato based sauce.

    Morning :D Didn't do a food diary yesterday as I was knackered after the half marathon lol Basically I had a day off plan, earned 42 activity points through the power walk, and I probably ate them all yesterday too ( and my weeklies lol). So today is back on track day. Moonwalk and moonwalk training are out of the way ( at least until next year) and its back on plan I go :)
    So today's food diary ..

    skimmed milk 1

    melon & pineapple 0

    Lunch
    1 Warburton square wrap 4
    philly light 1
    WW wafer ham 1
    sliced tomato & cucumber 0
    WW toffee apple yoghurt 1

    grilled turkey fillet 5
    new potatoes 2
    broccoli & cauliflower 0
    WW strawberry meringue dessert 4

    Supper
    WW carrot & lentil soup 2
    Walkers baked crisps (cheese&onion) 3

    I'm ok, knees and hips are fine, thighs are a bit sore, but I had a nice long soak in the bath tonight with my radox muscle soak :D I must be feeling ok, as I've just registered to do the full marathon at the Edinburgh Moonwalk next year :D

    THanks :) I didn't get a whole heap of training walks done in prep for the half marathon this year as the weather has been so abysmal, I did get lots of work outs at the gym though, so that helped :) I'll probably stick to gymming it for the moment with the odd power walk thrown in for good measure :) Serious power walking will start early next year :)

    Hiya....you've done absolutely brilliant :) well done on youe HUGEEE weight loss. Ive recently just started propoints....just doing it at home though. Just wondering if you can help....i had 2 warburtons thins....can you tell me how many points are in the 2? x

    Thanks :) I've just started WW this week, so still trying to get my head around it all, been calorie counting for a couple of years :)

    Jem I enjoy both :) I love the gym becuase the machines tell me exactly what calories I've burned and I like the various machines, even the weights lol But I love power walking too. I do all my moonwalk training on my own, don't mind walking by myself, plug in my ipod and away I go :D Walking is when I do most of my thinking, but both are *my time* where I can just concentrate on me and not the kids and hubby :)
