Here we go, I'm not going to group so I thought a food diary might help. Been following for about a week but didn't record for the first few days. One day was pretty bad due to a Vanilla Slice related treat but other than that I've been on plan.

Feel positive about this week food wise. Other than eating out once been on plan and done a lot of walking on my time off. The truth I guess will be on the scales tomorrow! My only criticism would be I need to drink more water I really struggle to get enough and I know that's really important for weight loss.
