I started my sw journey today
I wanted to put my diary up here to see if I am doing the right thing.
Healthy Extras : H.a 175ml whole milk , H.B 2 weetabix
Breakfast
2 Weetabix with Milk
Tea/milk with 1 cup of Suger (syn)
Lunch
Salad No dressing
28g chedder cheese (syn)
Tuna in Spring water (drained)
2 slices wholemeal bread (syn) & 1 teapoon lf spread (syn)
Tea/milk with 1 cup of Sugar (syn)
Dinner
Home made Burgers
sw chips
Salad
Snack
Muller Light Orange Yogurt
Total Syns for today is 14.5
here is how i syned
Bread, Brown bread, full size, 400g/800g loaf 3
Bread, Brown bread, full size, 400g/800g loaf 3
Low Fat Spread 1
Cheese, basic, Cheddar 6
Sugar, white ½
Sugar, white ½
Sugar, white ½
Total Syns 14½
I know there isnt any fruit in my diet today , but as i only joined this am , this is the best I could do so far
Please let me know , I am doing ok in day 1
