Crosstrainer level 15 for 15 mins more of a struggle this morning and only burnt 297 cals. But am please with that as its a big chunk of what i'll eat/drink today
 
Was doing ok with sticking to plan and by beginning of week had lost 5lbs but have managed to put 2.75lbs of that back on since Monday; went back to work, have been fine during the day but then in the evenings i've just been picking at everything around i'm not even hungry just the stress of being back at work with evil line manager.
But at least its still a loss overall for week 2.25lbs pitiful for first week but my own fault , i'm the one who eat the cheese!!
