Sorry I can't stop thinking about it, I have distracted myself..but still can't stop..

The scales are only showing a 2lb loss and I am really disappointed considering this is day 5... half of me is thinking bugger it, might as well eat!

    Love a very downhearted..

Try to hang in there hun, it is understandable you are feeling downhearted with 2lb loss BUT it is still a loss. Chocolate is not going to help, it may taste good but will make you even hungrier and your losses smaller. Sending big HUGS xxxx

Don't give in!! This happened to me during my first week, I weighed myself constantly and it looked like I'd barely lost anything, then I made myself stop weighing myself - as it was just making me down....and somewhere before my weigh in loads just suddenly dropped off and I'd lost 10lbs! The first week weigh in is incredibly motivating and I'd be very surprised if you didn't find you have a decent loss!

As for the chocolate craving....if you have a choc shake, mix it into a thick paste put it in some cling film and make a bar(ish) shape and stick it in the freezer, then a few hours later you have a kind of gooey chocolate bar....makes you feel like youa re having something naughty, but it's totally allowed!

    Good luck!!

Whenever i feel like I really wanna eat, I look at the inspiration slideshow and look at just how much the poeple on there have lost and what a difference it has made to their lives.
    Take a peek x

    Well I have eaten chocolate..............

It was a malt toffee cambridge bar, and I have a frozen tetra on my draining board defrosting, so hopefully that should curb my chocolate appetite..

thanks everyone for your messages and I am trying to stay on track..

    Love

When i'm in the notion for chocolate i use one of the chocolate flavoured mix's ~ empty the powder into a small ramekin dish - mix in some hot water and heat it in the microwave... you get a nice thick fudge like goo! I love the chocolate orange flavour done like this ~ so yummy! You can still get your choccy hit without falling off the wagon...!! :D

Chocolate tetra's are lovely frozen - i try to time them so that the middle of the tetra is still a bit soft - not ice hard - its even nicer then! :D
