All SW advice greatly appreciated!

Hi there! I've been to SW before with some success. Have PCOS, so weight can fluctuate. Can't get to a class but looking for lots of ideas because I think it is soooo easy to get into the rut of eating the same stuff ALL the time. Looking at some of the food diaries on this site, I would say there are a lot of people who are NOT EATING ENOUGH!! That's the thing a lot of folk can't get their heads around, you don't have to EAT LESS to lose weight the SW way, just lots of the right stuff!! Prefer to alternate between red and green days, so please let me know all your 'fave foods' on these days (preferably 'free fave foods') and help me ignite my passion for SW once more! Will post some of my own favourites later - got a wedding and a funeral this week (so far!), no doubt someone will pop out a baby as well along the way!
