HIYA, My consultant has just told me that the all bran chocolate flakes are now HE B and are on offer at asda for £2,

How much do you get for a HEX B?

30g. Don't know what it's like but it says it's an HE in the new magazine. Must try it.

This stuff is delicious (I don't usually like cereal) but 30g is literally a couple of lumps. Even with sliced banana it looks a bit puny. Really really scrummy though, just a shame my kids like it as a box only lasts 2 days lol!

Hiya, It does nt look much 30 grms but i add mine to a mullerlight vanilla yogurt and its lush. I usually have a bananna or some other fruit as well.What a TREAT
