Allisons 100% fibre white bread

Hiya,

I saw in the supermarket today that allisons make a white loaf that has the same amount of fibre as a wholemeal loaf..... Does anyone know if this can be used as a hEB??

I saw it too. You would need to phone SW to find out if it counts though as it is not on the list just now xx
