Hey people.

Coming back to WW pro points from a month on VLCD.

Ready to get down to goal in the coming months with the help of some exercise.

Best of luck - how did you get on with the VLCD?
 
well i did quite well for 3 weeks, but could keep up the momentum of 'not' eating' or exercising i got very dizzy and lightheaded if i attempted anything more than walking.

managed 17lbs in 4 weeks, still got long way to go 4-5 stone probably, im just waiting to see how i fit and look in clothes before i get too caught up in numbers, im an 18-20 just now, would be very pleased to be size 14-16
