Ally's Diary - take two

Nearly ended up on a chocolate binge tonight but I somehow managed to stop myself before I went disastourously over syns, which is a first.
 
Yeyy!! Will powerr ftw. I however didnt win today or yesterday lol :/ ah well tomorrow will be a new day and ive stuck to my sw meals, its judt extras.

Breakfast: heinz five beans and cheese on toast, apple
Lunch: ham salad, plum, muller light, mattessons fridge raiders
Tea: lamb biryani, apricot, strawberries topped with muller chocolate dessert


Hea: 1/2 milk 1/2 rf cheese
Heb: bread

Syns: gum 1, fridge raiders 2, muller dessert 5, curly wurly 6
Total syns: 14
Free snacks: apple

Drinks: 1/2 mug tea, 7 glasses water

Got so many shoes but going in search of another pair at lunch. I need a pair of like flip flops that don't touch the side of my foot, so like ones that go between toe and then fasten by ankle so my foot is clear until the heel. Since my foot tat is being redone on saturday (not looking forward to that, i however can't wait for my leg to be done) i don't want anything to touch it including shoes, for a least a week, so it gets as much free healing time as possible as i don't think shoes rubbing it before helped with it badly fading after a month.
 
Hmm just thinking i'd love a 2lb loss tomorrow, then i'll only need 1lb a week to get to holiday goal. Knowing my luck it won't happen though, but we shall see!
 
Yesterday was a first don't think i've ever been able to override the choccy binge, so if it strikes today i may be in trouble, chocolate willpower 2 days on the run may be pushing it haha. Though at the moment i'm not craving so i'm a woman on a mission to make up the 7 syns i went over by yesterday, though not too bothered if i don't make them up, i've been over by worse before and lost!
 
Didn't find any shoes, well found one pair, but didnt like them. Going to have to walk around the office bare foot next week instead.
 
the cleaners at your work must do a better job than at my old workplace. I would never have risked bare feet might have caught something nasty. :D

Haha floors are usually pretty clean, can't say same for my desk though cos the cleaners aren't allowed to touch the stuff on our desks so that's all filthy haha

We had to clear our desks each night to give the cleaners free rein to slop goodness knows what all over the desk so that the keyboard, mousemat, mouse and phone were stuck fast by morning. LOVELY.

Well done on the loss hun you;re really doing well just now, wish it was me. :D
 
Haha never have that trouble, only thing sticking my stuff to the desk is dust!
 
haha oh dear, theres an ice cream van just outside ours...tempted by a twister but i havent, might have a chocolate orange ice cream tonight instead haha
 
Oh how tempting, I went out at lunchtime & thought an ice cream van would be perfect then!!!!!!!
 
Ice cream got the better off me, best make up some syns over the week

Swim or gym...swim or gym....thinking swim cos i won't be able to swim again for a few weeks after saturday....but i don't know if i can be bothered haha
