almost refeeding.

    hi every1, well only 3 wks till i refeed so doing my menu.

    was wondering can i cook chicken on george foreman grill? lol. no oil/fat is needed but just thought id check.

    many thx, gona grab some of ur meal ideas and plan what to eat. so exciting.

    Lipotrim ~ now maintaining hopefully
    yes hun dats a really healthy way as all the juices come out. Good to cook red meat on it as well as it pushes out alot of the fat naturally in it!

    You sure can jenny :)

    I find the best way to cook a chicken breast is in the oven. Gas mark 4, for around 20-25 mins with some lemon juice :)

    I'd cook red meats on the foreman to get rid of the fats but chicken is pretty good in that respect :) xx
