Hello, I've been on Cambridge since the end of March and reached my goal, so happy with that.

I have just been working in France for two weeks and as discussed with my adviser before I went that there could be some problems.......... Because I'm sooo weak

Anyway, weight lost but struggling to get back eating again!!! The diet is the easy bit, but judging food again isn't.

have a virtual drink on me anyway
