Hi everyone...
Just wanted to share some things with people just starting out and anyone struggling.. (this forum helped me when I did)
Well so far on SS I've lost 5 stone 6lbs and that's in 10weeks... Im amazed with this diet!
Things that have helped me.. firstly my CDC has been brill, a realy help. Also after 2 weeks the bars made a massive difference to me, I took time out everyday (sometimes morning, sometimes evening) to really enjoy it.
I also started drinking coke zero (controversial) I limited myself to 1 can every other day, and as with the bars took real time to enjoy it.
This diet has totally changed my attitude towards food, I am really looking forward to eating healthy foods and now can really see the appeal in these.. I've started light running (2 miles of 30secs walk, 30secs jog) and really enjoy being able to do this and having the confidence to be out and about in sports clothes!!
I used to spread my 4 meals out whenever I could it was porridge for breakfast, shake at lunch, soup for tea and a bar in the evening.. again this helped with variety and was as close to eating normally as possible.
I love my diet drink shaker (£4 from ebay or £4 in tesco) it means you don't have to use the electric whisk all the time and means you can have the shakes on the go.(just add water)
I know that the easiest part is nearly over and the hard part comes when you have to maintain (all tips welcome!!)
Just wanted to share as reading something similar to this really helped me..
Good luck everyone
