    Hi,
I usually take HEB for my morning breakfast. Usually it is All Bran. I do also like Alpen High Fibre muesli - but it is difficult to find this cereal in my local supermarkets. Can I take any other Alpen musesli as a HEB? And in what quantities? For high fibre it was 28g. My local supermarker carry the High Fruit, Original, Low Sugar. Or are there any other muesli's that I could look out for that I could use? I see a range called Dorset that has a Super High Fibre variety. I am never sure what the rules are!!!

Do you go to a class and have access to the website all the info is there under healthy extras. It will be 28g if they are on the list (which with muesli i find is hardly worth tipping into a bowl as it doesn't cover the bottom)
