Alpro choc milk

Hi can anyone help. I love the alpro soya chocolate milks. For 250ml i work it out to be 150 cals = 7.5 syns. Others are saying its 10! Can anyone shed any light on this?

200ml of it is 6 syns or a Healthy Extra though so you could count a carton as a healthy extra plus 1.5 syns for the remaining 50ml. That's what I do
