Yer I guess :cool: Actually I would be happy with 7 pounds in a month, makes 1 stone in 2 months, thats quite good, maybe I should just chill and stop panicking, I know I cant do the shake diets, tried them all, def want to stick with ww...

That's the most important thing as I am convinced that if we are uptight and anxious about things it stops us from losing the weight.
I'm sure you will reach your goal sooner than you think.

thanks for the support guys., its really helps, I feel more motivated being in this forum than attending a diet class:) I mean Ive been to both ww and sw classes and yep for the beginning it motivates u bit but i find soon i loss track but with this forum its so lively and everyones so friendly and helpful, it really excites me about reaching my goal, really glad I found this forum x
