Always eating out!!!

    Diet:
    Slimming World/Xenical/Cambridge diet
    This week is a nightmare!!!
    Ive eaten out everyday!
    This is not a regular occurance!!! But im feeling like im making reasonable choices - mainly tomatoey pastas, but im feeling like giving up as i cant possibly loose this week - no more foody nights out so have 3 days before wi!!!

    HELP!!

    If you have been making the best possible choices you'll be fine. Sometimes life gets in the way - and you are still allowed to socialise whilst on a healthy eating plan . Don't give up though! You've done well so far so don't give up!!!

    I so feel your pain. We have had guests visiting from overseas for the last 3 weeks so have literally eaten out once if not twice a day. They went on Tuesday and we have more guests for 2 weeks on Sun! That will be 5 weeks of eating out and then only 3 weeks till my hols! Hence restarting SW to see if I can at least make healthy choices when eating out! Good luck for your weight in.

    I have been making better choices but it's so difficult to predict what they've actually put it the food you just never know :( I'm just really not wanting a gain!! Xxx

    as long as you know you have tried your best to make healthy choices then you can hold your head up high....even if you have a small gain ...imagine what you would have put on if you hadnt been thinking about it...all the bad stuff you would have eaten. Well done for making better choices....thats what it is all about....we are doing this for life and we cant put everything on hold just becasue we are dieting. xx
