Well I'll be trying to log my food here, for the third time!! Hopefully I can keep it up this time!

Thursday 29/07/2010: Extra Easy

Breakfast
2 slices wholemeal toast - 400g loaf (HEB)
Baked beans (Free/SS)
Mushrooms (SF/S)

Lunch
80g (approx.) smoked mackerel fillet (3 Syns)
Large salad (SF/S)
Orange & choc sprinkles Mullerlight (F)
Treat size Dairy Milk (4 Syns)

Dinner
TO FOLLOW

Snacks throughout day
Pineapple (SF/S)
Apple (SF/S)
Fat free Activia (F)
350ml skimmed milk for tea and coffee (HEA)

Right, so that didn't go very well, did it?

Back in the game after 2 weeks of gains (3.5lbs in total) and managing to get 3lbs of it off this week, I really need to knuckle down and DO THIS!
