    a bit of dried chilli just seems a bit too good to be true!!

    Hi Keira I think it's fine. Curry powder is. I think as long as there are no additions in it, like salt or sugar you're okay.

    You could also try Tesco Hot Chilli Blend (in a tube) - a small squeeze will transform your dinner! (Tonight I mixed some with cottage cheese and stuffed my chicken fillet with it - yum!) Saves having to keep buying fresh chillies too. :)

    I think you have to be careful with chilli flakes as someone said on another post they can be fried......jaycey that sounds lush! xxxx
