So I got caught in a tricky situation today it was buy costa food or starve at the train station on the way to a training day. Could anyone tell me the syns in the strawberry granola yogurt please and the falafel salad I've got a horrible feeling that I won't be able to have my chinese tonight that I was saving my syns for!
