i had a fry up for breaky sw style....

really fancy asdas chick pea dahl for lunch and then have quorn lamb roast for dinner?

No way hun thats the point of SW, eat food you want to when you want to! Munch on! x
 
i wouldn't have 3 cooked meals in one day personally - but thats just me !!! if its all free foods why limit yourself ?? just make sure you have your third of fruit/veg and snack on superfrees! xxx
 
I know the feeling, go for the good stuff! The chocolate just makes you want more chocolate and doesn't actually make you feel any better. Trust me!
 
thats probably the food i would most miss if it was no longer available, i eat loads of it! it really is yummy with boiled rice, SW chips, jacket potato. I get through at least 4 tins a week!
 
enjoy your cooked SW brekky. I have that at the weekends and tis a lovely treat... especially if you are due on. I have the options or highlight hot chocs in the evenings leading up to my cycle too... might as well indulge if its free and low- synned :D
