Am I Doing It Right?

Hey everyone :)
I started Slimming World today, and decided on a Green Day. I've eaten:
Breakfast= 4 egg omellette with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes (cooked with Fry Light)
Lunch= Jacket potato with beans
Dinner= egg fried rice (fry light, rice, onions)
I've also allowed myself 350mls skimmed milk, and wholemeal bread (x2) as healthy extras.
I'd just like to know if i'm doing it right? xxx

Looks ok to me, although you get one more each of the healthy extras on a green day :) You could maybe eat a bit more fruit and veg too, although not a requirement.

Ah thankyou, i may have some babybel as another extra?, they're yummy :). i'll have to start snacking on fruit more often, but i find the food really filling. I'm so glad i've found this forum

Make sure you're having 2 Healthy Extra B's :) You can also have 2 Healthy Extra As but I'm pretty sure unless you're on an EE day you need 2 Bs.

Your allowed between 10-15 syns per day so aim to use a few of them each day. As already mentioned try and incorporate some fruit and veg. But your menu sounds fine to me otherwise. You'll soon get into the swing of things xx

Variety is really important and I noticed you had eggs for breakfast and your evening meal. Plan ahead so your menus include lots of different things Good luck xx
