AM I doing it right??

Ok i'm on Day 4 and not once have I felt hungry or have a headache is that normal?? I drink around 4 ltrs of fluids 1 ltr of that is black coffee and 1/2 ltr is diet cherry coke.

Am I doing it right as I read alot of people struggling early on. I was on WW before if that makes any different. I have done a sneaky weigh in this morning and i'm down 6.5lb!!
 
Some people dont feel rough in the first few days, I'm on a re-start and feel great!
I think drinking a lot of water helps not get headaches, so you're doing great there.
Although are you drinking normal diet cherry coke? If so it's not allowed. It has citric acid in and is a no no.

Well done on your 6.5lb loss in just 4 days, brilliant stuff x
 
it's asda diet cherry coke and read on here it was ok?? is that right or not?
