Well I've been on pro points now for around 5 weeks and all I've lost in 3lbs!!! another girl I'm doing it with has lost like 12lbs!
when I used to follow the old plan I would normally lose around 5-7lbs a month
but this just feels ridiculous, we have a weigh in club at work and I've been thinking the scales are wrong, I stick to my 29 points, I sometimes (not always) use my extra allowance and I've been exercising!
Anyone have any advice before I lose my mind and give up? lol maybe I should try different scales? I can't go to classes cause I can't always make the same one every week
