I know it sounds silly on a slimming forum but I am a little worried as I can't seem to stop losing weight.
When I first rejoined SW in May last year I set my target at 9 stone.
I changed to 9 1/2 stone after a couple of months as it seemed too little.
I reached target in December, and when I got to 9 stone 2.5 pounds I changed my target.
Last night I went to WI and found I had lost four pounds in two weeks (I didn't go last week) so at 8 stone 12.5 pounds my C agreed to change my target to the original 9 stone but that's it. I can't change again unless I want to make my target 8 1/2 stone and I don't!
What worries me is that I have had a really "naughty" week last week, and though I did pull back I have not been very good at all. Last week I had a huge pizza and a double baileys hot chocolate.
Apart from those treats I had about 20 to 30 syns a day and about 4 Hexs.
My consultant doesn't think I should be worried and should just up my Hexs, but to me it doesn't make sense. I am generally a slow loser, and used to STS or have small gains when I was being good.
Now I am not really trying the weight is falling off!
I absolutely do not want to go back to eating all the wrong food and start the weight gain cycle again!
My hubby did ask me a few weeks ago if I was feeling ok as I seem to be losing too much. I thought he was just being silly, but now I have started worrying a little.
I really should not have lost anything this week, so why am I?
Just to put my mind at rest I am going to make an appointment with my doc.
Am I worrying needlessly?
I never, ever thought that too much weight loss would ever be a worry to me!
