Am i worrying about nothing?!

Here's what i am worried about...
Start re-feed a week on saturday.
Going out for a few alcoholic drinks the following saturday after 7 days re-feed.
Been reading how dangerous it is to drink on TFR so i am now wondering if refeeding for only 7 days is enough as i don't want to hurt my liver?
Not planning on completely binging but would like 5 vodkas without panicking all night! :eek:
The other option is refeeding from this saturday but really don't want to as need to get every pound poss off before holiday ;)

Was on LT before I had my baby (lost 65llbs yah) and when I went back to re-feeding - what you did is more or less what I did...7 days which was in advance of going on holidays but take the chemist's advice to be sure to be sure!! Best of luck...
 
If you have done your re-feed correctly and have introduced your carbs (After day 4) you should be fine as the carbs will have brought you out of ketosis!!!
